TERMS OF SALE:

1) To place an order, send an e-mail to culture@tfassociation.com to confirm item availability and provide your mailing information to determine proper shipping cost.
2) Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.com. For fastest service, payment through Paypal is recommended. Send Paypal payments to culture@tfassociation.com
3) For orders outside the US, including Canada, tracking is available only on International Priority or higher premium shipments (Cost USD > $30). Please click here for more info. Insurance is recommended and is the buyer's responsibility. Insurance will be provided for US orders of $150 or more.
4) California residents please add 9.75% sales tax, excluding shipping charges.
5) All toys are original non-reissue unless explicitly stated otherwise. All items guaranteed to match or better descriptions and pictures. Full 7 day return privilege. Items returned must be in their original condition. No returns for items which have been played, transformed, or removed from original holders. We reserve the right to allow partial refunds.

7) Money orders and personal checks are accepted and must be made payable to The Transformers Association. Money orders will ensure immediate shipment. Allow 2 weeks for personal checks to clear.
