Here is the 1986 Decepticon 2nd-in-command Cyclonus. Toy is in excellent C9.5 condition. It is complete with all accessories, bubble insert, instructions, and paperwork. Stickers are applied. This is the earliest blue ears version Cyclonus! It was produced before the Japanese issues which only packaged the later versions without the additional color. A difficult piece to find! The box has minor shelf wear but is in very good shape, C7.5+.
